Return And Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us as long as it adheres to the following conditions:

1. Gym Supplements Center Bangladesh accepts returns on damaged, and wrong products received.

2. This policy does not cover change of mind, product compatibility, customer preference, and customer error.

3. Refund is only available in cases where there are reasons behind that are strong enough. 

4. To request return/exchange of an item, please inform us within 72 hours from the date you received it. Exchanges are subject to product availability. 

5. The receipt is a must for an exchange/refund. Any product that you want to return/exchange must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. 

6. Gym Supplements Center Bangladesh will accept the return or exchange of items which are in new conditions, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. If not, we reserve the full right to refuse the exchange/refund.

7. The Timeline for the refund process to complete will be between 7 to 10 working days after the refund is claimed. 

8. You cannot exchange an order more than one time.

9. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused or unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

10. Delivery time inside Dhaka within 1-2 days and outside Dhaka within 2-3 days.

10. Please provide an unboxing video in case there’s a problem with your order. Claims require video proof for resolution.
